With a well designed, global quality compliant infrastructure, iGenetic offers a wide menu of pathology tests ranging from routine biochemistry to cutting edge advanced molecular pathology.


iGenetic is housed in an ICH, NABL and CAP compliant laboratory with a world-class laboratory information management system and tightly controlled processes. Our central processing laboratory is spread over a 10,000 sq ft facility in the heart of Mumbai with satellite labs across the country. Each lab is led by a qualified and experienced pathologist or doctoral laboratory scientist. Our focus is on ensuring the highest quality and error free reporting through the entire process. We use IVD compliant reagents, following GLP practice and adhere to NABL validation guidelines.

Promoter Team

Arunima Patel
Arunima has over a decade of experience in healthcare investment, strategy and marketing areas At Actis PE she managed a US$50m investment Sterling Hospitals, the largest tertiary care hospital chain in Gujarat. She was instrumental in driving growth and margin improvement at the chain. She holds a post graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) and a degree in Electronics & Communications engineering.
Homer Paneri
Homer has over a decade of experience across investing and management consulting. In his last role, he was a Director at Actis, and the sector champion for healthcare. He has worked on investments including Symbiotec Pharmalab, Anthelio Healthcare, Integreon, Paras Pharmaceuticals, Veeda Clinical Research and Glenmark Pharma. Prior to Actis, Homer worked for Accenture, advising clients on corporate and business unit strategy and operations. He has an MBA from London Business School where he was a Chancellor’s Scholar. He also qualified as a Chemist & Chemical Engineer from the University of California, Berkeley.
Siddharth Patodia
Siddharth has over a decade of experience across operations, strategy consulting and private equity investing. He was most recently with Actis private equity where he spent five years focusing on investments in the consumer and healthcare sectors. His deal experience spanned healthcare services including hospitals and diagnostic services, OTC healthcare, FMCG and retail. Prior to Actis, Siddharth worked with McKinsey & Co in India Siddharth has an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA with Honours in Economics from the University of Chicago.
